Overview:
McLaw’s custom 7step Value Streaming approach enables efficiencies through identifying and removing or reducing non-value added tasks and bottlenecks in processes.
Using state of the art iGrafx software and world class business problem solving tools and techniques, McLaw will mentor you and your nominated change agents through the 7 steps in pursuit of validated improvements for pilot.
Step1 – High Level Process Analysis (Capture an understanding of the processes)
Step2 – 1st Draft capture of Value Steam Map (Workshops to capture a draft map)
Step3 – Walk the process / Data Capture / Process Observations (Data and Map Validation)
Step4 – Final Value Stream Draft (McLaw create and gain sign off on the Value Stream Map)
Step5 – Kaizen Workshops (2 Part Issue and Improvement brainstorming workshops)
Step6 – Cost Benefit Analysis of Improvements and Project Selection
Step7 – Pilot the selected improvements (2-6 week improvement pilot as required)
McLaw will support the piloting of the selected improvements to ensure they are executed effectively and that the benefits are realised before you complete a full roll out of the improvements into your organization.
